C0NTRATACIÓN DE UN BANCO DE INVERSIÓN PARA LA VALORACIÓN DE DERECHOS DE RENOVACIÓN DE LA CONCESION DEL SERVICIO DE TELEFONÍA MÓVIL CELULAR
La Secretaría Nacional de Telecomunicaciones, SENATEL, a través del Comité Especial de Contrataciones, convoca a bancos de inversión, consorcios o asociaciones de bancos de inversión, a participar en el Concurso Público Competitivo SENATEL-01-2006, que tiene por finalidad seleccionar y contratar un banco de inversión, para que realice la valoración de los derechos de concesión de la renovación de los contratos de concesión suscritos por el Estado Ecuatoriano con las compañías Consorcio Ecuatoriano de Telecomunicaciones S.A. CONECEL y OTECEL S. A. para la explotación del servicio de telefonía móvil celular.

The National Telecommunications Secretariat SENATEL, via the Special Contracting Committee, hereby invites investment banks, consortia and associations of investment banks, to participate in the Public Tender Process SENATEL-01-2006, aimed at selecting and contracting an investment bank to valuate the concession rights involved in the renewal of the contracts entered into the Ecuadorian State and the firms Consorcio Ecuatoriano de Telecomunicaciones S.A., CONECEL and OTECEL S.A. for the operation of mobile telephone services. |
